Use EditLowerChar to translate the character at the cursor location from upper case to lower case. The cursor is then advanced one column to the right.
EditLowerChar may also be entered as EditLowerCh[ar], LowerCh[ar], or LowCh[ar].
EditLowerChar has no operands.
EditLowerChar may be invoked by pressing Alt-W.
The EditUpperChar command can be used to translate from lower case to upper case.
The EditUpperLine and EditLowerLine commands can be used to translate entire lines.
