Use EditSplitLine to split the current line into two lines at the cursor column.

 

EditSplitLine may also be entered as EditSp[litLine] or Sp[litLine].

 

EditSplitLine may also be invoked by pressing Ctrl-Enter.

 

EditSplitLine has no operands.

 

All text up to the split point is retained as the current line, and all text after the split point will become the second line.

 

Operation in Word-Wrap Mode

 

In Word-wrap mode, EditSplitLine inserts a blank line between the two lines, thus splitting the paragraph into two paragraphs, and then proceeds to format the second paragraph.

 

Return Codes

 

OK Successful.

Split the current line at the cursor column:

 

   => sp
