Use HostCommand to pass a command to the BIM-EDIT command line processor running on the host.
HostCommand may also be entered as HostCom[mand], or Bi[m].
HostCommand passes the entire command string following the HostCommand command itself to the BIM-EDIT command line processor on the host. BIM-EDIT/XP does not parse or edit this string in any way.
There are isolated circumstances where it may be desirable to invoke the BIM-EDIT (as opposed to BIM-EDIT/XP) command line processor to accomplish a given function on a host BIM-EDIT system. HostCommand is provided for this purpose. Normally, the average user will not need to use this command.
Return Codes
-- Determined by the BIM-EDIT command invoked on the host.
