Where a command provides for a date to be entered, the date can be entered in one of the following formats, where mm=month, dd=day, and yy or yyyy = year:
mm/dd/yy or dd/mm/yy, depending upon the date format specified by the SystemAlter command.
mmddyy or ddmmyy, depending upon the date format specified by the SystemAlter command.
mm/dd/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy, depending upon the date format specified by the SystemAlter command.
mmddyyyy or ddmmyyyy, depending upon the date format specified by the SystemAlter command.
For two-digit years, BIM-EDIT/XP assumes the following. If yy is greater than or equal to 60, 1900 is added to the year. In other words, 60 means 1960. If yy is less than 60, 2000 is added to the year. In other words, 03 means 2003.
