Use EditSplitJoin to invoke either EditSplitLine or EditJoin, depending upon whether data exists at or to the right of the cursor location.
If data exists at or to the right of the cursor location, EditSplitLine is invoked. Otherwise, EditJoin is invoked.
EditSplitJoin may also be invoked by pressing Ctrl-Enter.
EditSplitJoin has no operands.
