Use FileStampClear to clear a file's stamps.
FileStampClear may also be entered as FileStampCl[ear], StampClearFile, StampClFile, or StampCl[ear].
FileStampClear is supported for BIM and workstation files only. It is not supported for PDS or VSE files.
Required Operands
FILE is the BIM file for which the stamp information is to be cleared.
DATE specifies how much stamp information to clear. If DATE is specified as an asterisk (*), all stamps are cleared. Otherwise, DATE is entered according to Date Format. In the latter case, only those stamps with a date up to and including DATE will be cleared. Those stamps with dates greater than DATE will not be cleared.
FileStampClear sets the last referenced file.
When Valid
If the host predefined variable MMPSPCTL has been set to 1, this command is available only to the System Administrator. Otherwise, the user must have DEF access level for the FILE directory. FILE cannot be undergoing editing or be either the master or the slave in a checkout relationship.
Return Codes
OK Successful.
CK File is part of a checkout relationship.
ED File is being edited.
NF File not found.
SC Inadequate access level.
Procedure Notes
FileStampClear sets the TXM variables to the attributes of FILE.
Examples
Clear the stamps for BIM file APC0100:

Clear all stamps for BIM file XIR2500 with dates up to 12/31/84:
