Use SessionSave to cause the updates to the session to become permanent.  In effect, the underlying object, usually a file, is updated.

 

SessionSave may also be entered as SessSave, SaveSess[ion], or Save.

 

SessionSave may also be invoked by pressing Ctrl-F6.

 

SessionSave has no operands.

 

The session remains active.  Use the SessionFile command to update the underlying object and to end the session.

 

If the underlying object is an workstation file, its associated file attributes will be updated as well.

 

Return Codes

 

OK Successful.
